Dealt with Jay recently because I had to get my wifi card replaced.
First started my search at apple who wanted me to wait 3 hours to even get an appointment, then with another well reviewed company in Stanmore who quoted $250 for a weeks turnaround – Jay did it for $120 overnight.
He was polite, very knowledgeable, well priced and obviously very fast as compared to everyone else.
Was slightly put off at first by the weird address (it’s in a slightly dodgy looking back alley off oxford st) but Jay was so lovely that any worries I had were immediately forgotten when I met him.
If I could give him 6 stars out of 5 I would and will definitely not use another computer guy as long as I’m in Sydney. Going to recommend him to everyone I know that needs their mac fixed.
